Order Protection

We want you to receive your order in good condition and on time. If there is a problem, please contact us with your order number and we will work with you and the carrier to resolve it.
Lost orders: An order is considered lost if the carrier has not updated the tracking status for 7 business days (or 15 days for international shipments), or if the carrier marks it as delivered but you have not received it within 48 hours. Please contact us within 10 days of the last tracking update, and we will investigate with the carrier.
Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We may ask for photos or a short video of the package and the damage.
Incorrect items: If you receive items that do not match your approved proof or order confirmation, contact us and we will arrange a remake, replacement, or refund after verifying the issue.
Late delivery: Delivery dates are estimates. If your order arrives later than the estimated date, please contact us and we will check the shipment status. Eligible late orders may qualify for a shipping refund.

Shipping Policy

Production and delivery timeframes: Standard production takes about 7 to 9 business days after payment and proof approval, and most orders arrive within 3 to 4 weeks, depending on quantity, craft, and destination. Your estimated delivery date will be shown in your quotation or order confirmation.
Rush service: If you have a tight deadline, tell us when requesting a quote. We will do our best to offer expedited production and shipping options, which may involve an additional charge.
Split shipments: Large or multi-product orders may be produced separately and shipped in more than one package. Each shipment will have its own tracking information.
Multiple delivery addresses: We can ship one order to multiple addresses for an additional fee. Contact us for a quote.
Destinations: We ship to the United States and Canada. Availability and estimated delivery times vary by destination. Free shipping & tax.
Carriers: We ship with trusted carriers, including FedEx and UPS.
